Worship Along The Way
With praise and thanksgiving they sang to the Lord: <o:p></o:p>
“He is good;<o:p></o:p>
his love to Israel endures forever.”<o:p></o:p>
And all the people gave a great shout of praise to the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid.
Ezra 3:11<o:p></o:p>
After a long trip and a lot of work the foundation of the temple was re-laid. With this came singing and shouting. The project was not complete, but they reached a significant milestone. Worship came about along the way.
Our souls long to worship along the way. I need to celebrate more. I need to pause, remember and celebrate God’s goodness and faithfulness.
Father, thank You for the work in progress. Thank You for what’s been accomplished already! Help me to sing and shout along the way because You are worthy to celebrate. You are worthy of praise.<o:p></o:p>
